Cekarza Rozka's Cache

The cache found in the chamber of Cekarza Roska held many interesting artifacts, all of which shall be listed and described here. Unfortunately I had much less time to experiment with these items and as such, my conclusions will be mostly guesswork.

The Heat Stones: These small stones emit a dull warmth that is quite soothing. No other qualities could be discerned.
The Necklace: This resplendent necklace seemed to elevate the visual quality of its wearer, even improving the look of Captain Sitara’s brother, Kanuki, to a certain extent. There was no apparent illusion and the effect was subtle and somewhat unclear. No other qualities could be discerned.
The Crystal Goblets and Bowl: A large bowl and four crystal goblets that seemed to enhance the contents of anything drunk from them. When drinking seawater, while the salt was still present, it seemed to be greatly diminished. I attempted drinking a very weak poison that was on hand, nothing that would’ve been lethal, but when ingested very nearly killed me even after the antidote had been administered. Further tests were cut short and no other qualities could be discerned.
The Mirror: A small hand mirror that seemed to reflect the true nature of things. When viewed, many objects seemed to have abstracted but intensified reflections, such as when the aforementioned poison was ingested, I appeared in the mirror ghastly and decaying. No other qualities could be discerned
The Monocle: The Monocle seems to be an object that can discern the value of items, however, it seems to take into account the emotional value of said items as well as vague monetary values. It’s unclear how useful this would truly be for appraisals. Two items that reacted differently were the Bitiri Cerule and the Ryou Mon. When viewed, the Bitir Cerule shone so brightly as to be blinding and the Mon appeared nebulously dark. No other qualities could be discerned.
The Spear: This spear seems to be of impeccable quality, perfectly balanced and razor-sharp. When used in a fight and observed by the Mirror, at the point of impact a flash could be seen, what this actually means has yet to be discovered. No other qualities could be discerned.
The Bitiri Cerule: The most powerful and mysterious of all the artifacts, the Bitiri Cerule is a small blue orb of some kind of gemstone. It seems to have an inherent connection to air as a pure element, although I have not been able to discover more about the object. No other qualities could be discerned.
